RESOLUTION2011-6 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL. USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR:RANDY ROATCH <br />AND DONALD. BAIERL FOR LATE MODEL .AND CLASSIC MOTOR VEHICLE <br />SALES BUSINESS FOR.THE PROPERY LOCATED AT 15775 FOREST BOULEVARD <br />NORTH <br />WHEREAS, a conditional use permit amendment application has been filed by Randy Roatch <br />and Donald Baierl that requests approval of revisions to the conditions for the motor vehicle <br />sales to be consistent with Minnesota State Law. <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as follows: <br />(Please see attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request on March 24, 2011, at a duly <br />called a public hearing and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITYOF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use <br />permit amendment for revisions to the conditions for the motor vehicle sales to be consistent <br />with Minnesota State Law, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A conditional use permit amendment is approved for late model and classic motor <br />vehicles sales in accordance with the application received on February 8, 2011. <br />2. There shall be no more than five vehicles on display at any given time, and no more than <br />eight cars associated with the auto sales business stored on the property. <br />3. The auto sales business shall include late model/classic automobiles and trucks only. <br />4. The applicant shall maintain the opaque fence to screen the rear storage area in good <br />condition. <br />5. The applicant shall maintain the trees planted on the property for screening purposes in <br />good condition. <br />6. The applicant shall maintain the area for the display vehicles with pavement and curb <br />stops in good condition. <br />7. The applicant shall maintain the front yard of the property clear of debris and vehicles. <br />All vehicles that are associated with the business that are not on display shall be stored in <br />the rear portion of the property. <br />8. There shall be no parking or display vehicles in the public right of way. <br />
