(Space above line reserved for recording information) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 33 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br />APPROVING DEFERRAL OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />PIN 31.031.21.34.0009 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable and in the best interest of the City of <br />Hugo to permit a deferral of special assessments in connection with the property identified by <br />Property Identification Number 31.031.21.34.0009, and owned by Dee Davis per Washington <br />County property records; and, <br />WHEREAS, the special assessment policy of the City of Hugo permits the deferral of <br />assessments for unimproved property; and, <br />WHEREAS, the property identified by Property Identification Number <br />31.031.21.34.0009 is currently considered unimproved property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Hugo that the following assessment shall be deferred: <br />1. Assessment Amount. The present total of the assessments related to the South <br />Ethan Avenue improvement project for the subject property are $17,817.38. <br />2. Improvements to the property include. provision of street access, sanitary sewer <br />and water service; however, the property is unimproved and therefore eligible for a deferment. <br />
