RESOLUTION 2010-3 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR XCEL ENERGY FOR <br />THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15505 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Xcel Engery for the property located at <br />15505 Forest Boulevard North. <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcel described as <br />follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment subject to the following condition: <br />1. The parcel that is created within the public right of way shall be deeded to <br />MNDOT simultaneous with the recording of the property line adjustment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />property line adjustment for Xcel Energy. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on February 1, 2010 <br />I' . �.. <br />f,!4'91, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />�"Al "CeL' <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
