RESOLUTION 2010-11 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GLAMOS WIRE PRODUCTS IN THE <br />GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />5564152ND STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Paul Glamos has requested approval of a site plan to construct office <br />addition on the property located in the Peloquin Industrial Park legally described as <br />follows: <br />See Attached Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan to Paul Glamos for an office addition on the property located in the Peloquin <br />Industrial Park subject to the following conditions: <br />1. There are no approvals for the future expansion to the north shown on the <br />site plan. <br />2. All trash dumpsters shall be located in the back of the building. <br />3. The proof of parking shall be constructed as deemed necessary by the City <br />if parking issues occur. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />4. All items in the engineer's memo dated March 17, 2010 shall be <br />completed. <br />5. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign <br />permits. <br />Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy: <br />6. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. The parapet wall shall be raised above the roofline. <br />7. All landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />8. The wall mounted light fixtures on the existing building shall be replaced <br />with the approved cut-off fixtures per lighting plan. <br />9. All exterior storage shall be relocated to the back of the building in the <br />area designated on the site plan. <br />
