RESOLUTION 2010-20 <br />APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION <br />OF A FARMERS MARKET AS AN INTERIM USE, AT THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 14383 FOREST BLVD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, St. Paul Grower's Association has applied for an Interim Use Permit to <br />allow for the operation of a farmer's market as an accessory use on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing on May 27, 2010, and recommended approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. No other signs other than related to the vendors and farmers market shall be <br />allowed. <br />2. Duration of time shall be on Thursdays from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from June <br />through October. <br />3. The St. Paul Grower's Association shall be responsible for all clean up of the site <br />after each farmers market. <br />4. There shall be no parking on any public streets for event parking, all parking must <br />take place on the property in which the Interim Use Permit is approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an Interim <br />Use Permit for the St. Paul Grower's Association. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 70' day of June 2010. <br />n, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
