RESOLUTION 2010-52 <br />APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY OFF-SITE <br />RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT DIECTIONAL SIGN TO BE LOCATED ON <br />PROPERTY AT 15815 ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Lenard Pratt has requested approval of an interim use permit to allow a <br />temporary off-site directional sign on property located at 15815 Elmcrest Avenue North. <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said interim use permit at a duly <br />called public hearing on October 14, 2010, and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />interim use permit for Lenard Pratt to allow a temporary off-site directional sign on <br />property located at 15815 Elmcrest Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. This approval is limited to one, 32 square foot sign for the Prairie Village development <br />located at the northeast corner of 158`" Street and Elmcrest Avenue. <br />2. The sign shall be removed from the property three years from the approval date or the <br />event when 90% of the lots are sold. <br />3. If the property on which the sign is located is developed. The City will re-evaluate the <br />location of the sign. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 13 day of a , 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
