RESOLUTION 2009-34 <br />APPROVING VARIANCES FOR DANIEL AND RANELL TENNYSON IN THE <br />RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />12582 INGERSOLL AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Daniel and Ranell Tennyson have requested approval of variances from the <br />front, rear and shoreland setback requirements to construct a 1,152 square foot building <br />addition. <br />LOT 27,28 and 29, BLOCK 2, SUNSET PARK <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public <br />hearing on September 24, 2009 and recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. The lowest floor of the addition shall be 4 feet above any known water table or <br />the ordinary high water mark of Sunset Lake, which ever is the greater. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />variance requests for Daniel and Ranell Tennyson from the front, rear and shoreland <br />setback requirements to construct a 1,152 square foot building addition. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of October 2009 <br />C jr <br />-,-.,7;� - <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
