RESOLUTION 200949 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW <br />FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE, <br />AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED. AT 7180177TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Joe Modrow has requested renewal of an interim use permit to allow for the <br />operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br />Sect -04 Twp -031 Range -021 PT NE1/4-NE1/4 SEC04T31R21 BEING THE E 330FT <br />OF W 660FT OF SD 1/4 OF SEC 4 HUGO <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request to renew an intern use permit for a home occupation as an accessory use for the <br />property located at 71801770' Street N subject to the conditions included therein: <br />1. There shall only be one sewer pump truck, one jetter truck and trailer, one <br />F350, and 2 vans used for the business stored on the property that used for <br />the business. <br />2. Two unlicensed vehicles shall be allowed on the property as long as <br />they're not being used for business related activities and are considered <br />junk vehicles. <br />3. The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in the interim use permit <br />other than amended with this approval. <br />4.
