RESOLUTION 2008-10 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR INDUSTRIAL PAINTING SPECIALIST IN <br />THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 5858152ND STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the Gary Papermaster has requested approval plan to construct an expansion <br />to the existing building on property located at 5858 152nd Street North legally described <br />as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on March 27, 2008 <br />and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan for Gary Papermaster to construct an expansion to the existing building, on property <br />located at 5858 152nd Street North. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />1. The landscape plan shall be completed with the required amount of tress and <br />shrubs. <br />2. The parking lot showing 96 spaces on the east side of the building shall be <br />reserved as deferred parking. At any such time deemed necessary by the City, the <br />property owner shall pave and stripe the parking area in accordance with City <br />standards. <br />3. The deferred parking area is subject to further review and approval by staff prior <br />to construction. <br />4. The applicant shall submit a full lighting plan and cut sheets of all parking lot <br />lights, exterior building light, and ground fixtures, if any. Only cut-off fixtures <br />are allowed <br />5. All items in the engineer's memo dated March 20, 2008 shall be completed. <br />6. The exterior storage area shall be limited to 62,328 square feet or less, as allowed <br />by ordinance. <br />7. All items on the agreement with the Fire Marshal dated March 26, 2008 shall be <br />required. <br />
