RESOLUTION 2008-45 <br />APPROVING VARIANCES FOR MARSHA BUNGE IN THE CENTRAL <br />RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 146% <br />FONDANT AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Marsha Bunge has requested approval of a variance from the accessory <br />building size regulations to construct a 1,536 square foot detached garage where a <br />maximum of 600 square feet is allowed by ordinance. <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public <br />hearing on October 9, 2008 and recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. The shed to the south of the home shall be removed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />variance request to Marsha Bunge has requested approval of a variance from the <br />accessory building size regulations to construct a 1,536 square foot detached garage <br />where a maximum of 600 square feet is allowed by ordinance <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 20th day of October 2008 <br />F n, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Yh. �_ <br />r+ <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
