J* <br />RESOLUTION 2008-51 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR FRANK AND JODY PULEO IN <br />THE GENERAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />6375165TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Frank and Jody Puleo have requested approval of a site plan and variance from <br />the commercial and industrial construction standards and is legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on November 13, 2008 <br />and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve site plan and <br />variance from the commercial and industrial construction standards for Frank and Jody <br />Puleo, under the following conditions: <br />1. The temporary trailer and holding tank shall be removed within six months of sewer <br />and water becoming available to the property. <br />2. Prior to the installation of the trailer, a building permit shall be obtained from the <br />City. <br />3. The precise location of the building on the property is subject to further review and <br />approval by staff. <br />4. The trailer shall be mounted flush to the ground, or the trailer shall be fully skirted. <br />5. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit. <br />6. Any exterior light fixtures associated with the trailer are subject to review and <br />approval by staff. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />7.
