RESOLUTION 2008-52 <br />APPROVING VARIANCES FOR DANIEL AND RANELL TENNYSON IN THE <br />RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />12582 INGERSOLL AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Daniel and Ranell Tennyson have requested approval of a variance to locate <br />septic tanks 45 feet from the ordinary high water mark of Sunset Lake where 75 feet is <br />required by ordinance. <br />LOT 28, BLOCK 2, SUNSET PARK <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public <br />hearing on November 13, 2008 and recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the issuance of a permit, an easement agreement shall be recorded on the <br />property to allow construction of the mound system. <br />2. Prior to the issuance of a permit, a right-of-way work permit shall be obtained <br />from the Public Works Director. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />variance request to Daniel and Ranell Tennyson have requested approval of a variance to <br />locate septic tanks 45 feet from the ordinary high water mark of Sunset Lake where 75 <br />feet is required by ordinance. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 1 st day of December 2008 <br />F iron, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />--m t4l ty—'tc 1 <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
