RESOLUTION 2008-59 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR THE PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED AT 7630137TH STREET COURT AND OUTLOT A OF DEER PARK <br />ESTATES, AMENDMENTS TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT CONDITIONS, <br />AND AMENDMENTS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR DEER <br />PARK ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, applications have been filed by David and Carol Schumann, and Mike and <br />Stacy Baecker; <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at a duly called a public hearing on December 11, <br />2008 has fully considered the request for the property line adjustment, amendments to the <br />preliminary plat conditions, and amendments to the development agreements and <br />recommended approval to the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />property line adjustment amendments to the preliminary plat conditions, and amendments <br />to the development agreements and recommended approval to the City Council. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on 1) ec . 15 , 2008 <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
