RESOLUTION 2007-27 <br />APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR UNITED PROPERTIES INVESTMENT LLC <br />FOR "VICTOR GARDENS NORTH VILLAGE 47B ADDITION" ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED NORTH OF FRENCHMAN ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 8) AND EAST <br />OF VICTOR HUGO BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, United Properties Investment LLC has requested approval of a final plat to <br />allow the creation of 3 lots on the 10.54 -acre property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot B, Vctor Gardens North irllage, according to <br />the plat thereof on record in the Cowity of Washington, State of <br />Minnesota. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final <br />plat for "Victor Gardens North Village 0 Addition"; and <br />FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to recording the final plat: <br />1. A final plat is approved to allow the creation of 3 lots, in accordance with the <br />plans received by the City on April 23, 2007, except as amended by this <br />resolution. <br />2. Approval is contingent upon approval of the PUD amendment and preliminary <br />plat. <br />3. The developer must obtain preliminary plat approval from Washington County <br />and comply will all conditions of plat approval. <br />FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to issuance of building permits: <br />1. The final plat and association documents must be filed at Washington County. <br />Proof of recording must be submitted to the City. <br />2. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded with the final plat for <br />all shared private driveways or streets. <br />3. The plans must be revised to comply with all conditions in the City Engineer's <br />memo dated May 2, 2007. <br />4. Comply with all conditions of the PUD amendment and preliminary plat <br />approved on June 4, 2007. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 0 day of June 200.
