RESOLUTION 2007 - 38 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR MULTIFEEDER TECHNOLOGY IN THE <br />GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />LOT 3, BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 4TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Neal Nordling has requested approval of a site plan to construct a <br />fabricating building called Multifeeder Technology on property located in the Bald Eagle <br />Industrial Park 4th Addition legally described as follows: <br />See Attached Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public <br />hearing on July 26, 2007 and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan to Neal Nordling to construct a fabricating building called Multifeeder Technology <br />on property located in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park 4th Addition <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />1. The applicant shall submit a full lighting plan and cut sheets of all parking <br />lot and exterior building light fixtures. Only cut-off fixtures are allowed <br />2. All items in the engineer's memo dated July 19, 2007 shall be completed. <br />3. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign <br />permits. <br />4. The Development Agreement must be approved and signed by the City <br />and Neal Nordling. <br />Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy: <br />5.
