RESOLUTION 2007-54 <br />APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR THOMAS AND ALICIA SATHRE <br />ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 132ND STREET <br />AND INGERSOLL AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Thomas and Alicia Sathre that requests <br />approval of a minor subdivision for property located at the southwest corner of 132nd <br />Street and Ingersoll Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the minor <br />subdivision for Thomas and Alicia Sathre, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A minor subdivision is approved in accordance with the plans and application <br />received by the City on August 23, 2007, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. The property is subject to the development standards of the Shoreland Overlay <br />District and the Rural Residential zoning district. <br />3. Drainage and Utility Easements shall be recorded with Washington County at the time <br />that the Minor Subdivision is recorded <br />4. Prior to recording the subdivision, the applicant shall pay the park dedication fee in <br />lieu of land dedication, pursuant to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of <br />recording the subdivision. <br />5. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant will need to obtain a septic <br />system permit from Washington County Environmental Services for the new lots. <br />6. Prior to the issuance of a building permit a driveway permit shall be obtained. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on October 15, 2007 <br />n,ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Aereager, City Clerk <br />
