RESOLUTION 2007 - 55 A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR FONDANT AVE., FOXHILL AVE., FRANCESCA AVE., FREELAND AVE., GENEVA AVE., LOWER 147TH STREET N., 148TH STREET N., 150TH STREET N., ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, it is being considered to improve the following roadways: • Fondant Avenue between Lower 147"' Street N. and its southern termini • Foxhill Avenue between Lower 147`h Street N. and 150`" Street N. • Francesca Avenue between 148d' Street N. and its northern termini • Geneva Avenue between 147t` Street and 148' Street • Lower 147`" Street between Fondant Avenue and Foxhill Avenue • 148`h Street between Forest Boulevard (TH 61) and Geneva Avenue • 150th Street between Forest Boulevard (TH 61) and Foxhill Avenue The improvements include the reconstruction of the roadway, storm drainage improvements, sidewalk/trail construction, reconstruction of the sanitary sewer and water systems, and easement acquisition. It is the intent to assess the benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: 1. The project is hereby referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Council members voting AYE: Granger, Petryk, Miron Council members voting NAY: Haas and Puleo Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 15th day of October 2007. I I WAi I A..
