Resolution 2006-10 <br />Page 2 . . <br />8. Park dedication shall be cash in lieu of land dedication for the 115 units in this <br />phase. Park dedication shall be due based on the park dedication ordinance at the <br />time the final plat is released for filing at Washington County. <br />FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to issuance of building permits: <br />1. No changes shall be made to the HOA documents unless approved by the City of <br />Hugo in writing. Any amendments to the HOA documents must be filed at <br />Washington County. <br />2. The lighting fixtures type shall be the same style as was provided with the first <br />phase of this development. <br />3. The minimum floor elevations shall comply with Section 1175-060.1 of the Hugo <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br />4. The development shall comply With the Fire Chief s requirement regarding fire <br />flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections and <br />fire lane signage. <br />5. The overall landscape plan shall be shaded, except for the project area, to best <br />reflect the development location such as was done on the sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer and street improvement plans. <br />6.
