RESOLUTION 2006 - 24 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR TIM STOCKNESS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF <br />FENWAY BOULEVARD CIRCLE, EAST OF FENWAY BOULEVARD, IN THE <br />BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, Tim Stockness has requested approval of a site plan to allow construction of <br />a 19,240 square foot officetwarehouse building and a campus development on property <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 4th Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public <br />hearing and recommends approval of the site plan and amendment to the conditional use <br />permit, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan and campus development for Tim Stockness on property located south of Fenway <br />Boulevard Circle, east of Fenway Boulevard, in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. A site plan is approved to allow that construction of a 19,240 square foot building <br />in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on May 3, 2006, <br />except as amended by this resolution. This site plan shall constitute phase one of <br />the development. <br />2. An amendment to the conditional use permit is approved to allow a campus <br />development in accordance with the plans received by the City on May 3, 2006. <br />The campus development may occur in two phases. <br />3. Adequate access shall be provided to the campus development prior to the <br />construction of buildings in the first and second phase. <br />4. A separate site plan application is required prior to the construction of the <br />building in phase two. <br />5. The necessary cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded for any <br />future driveways, access, or parking. <br />6. The applicant shall submit details on any proposed exterior lighting. This <br />information shall be submitted with the building permit application. <br />7. The applicant shall be in compliance with regulations regarding handicapped <br />parking spaces and access. <br />
