Resolution 2006-31 <br />Page 4 <br />a. The developer shall submit an irrigation plan for review and approval by the City. <br />b. The applicant shall file the Final Plat, Development Agreement and associated documents <br />at Washington County. Proof of recording must be provided to the City. <br />c. The applicant shall submit one full set of approved final plans to the City. <br />d. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and approve all <br />building designs for compliance with this resolution. A written copy of the ARC <br />approval shall be submitted with the building permit application for each building. The <br />City shall review the building architecture for compliance with the approved plans prior <br />to issuance of building permits. <br />e. If a sales trailer is to be located on the property, a site plan and building elevations must <br />be submitted for City review and approval. <br />17. Prior to release of the applicant's letter of credit or other financial guarantee, the developer <br />shall provide a 20 -foot trail easement over any portion of 10 -foot bituminous trail that is not <br />located within the right-of-way. The trail shall be field -located to minimize tree removal and <br />the easement shall be established over the constructed trail.
