RESOLUTION 200646 APPROVING TO RESCIND THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 5075124 STREET NORTH ISSUED BY THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL ON JUNE 4, 1990. WHEREAS, Robert and Pamela Hampel have requested the City rescind the Conditional Use Permit to allow accessory storage in excess of what was permitted by zoning code for property legally described as follows: Lot 23, Block 1, Lake Air Estates WHEREAS, the City Council had issued a Conditional Use Permit on June 4, 1990 to permit 790 square feet of accessory storage for property located in the Single Family Estate Zoning District where the Zoning Ordinance limited the amount of accessory storage to 640 square feet; WHEREAS, in June 1998, the City Council revised the zoning designation of the property to Urban Residential and revised the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations to permit accessory storage in the amount of 870 square feet on lots of one acre in size in the Urban Residential Zoning District; WHEREAS, in March 2002, the City Council revised the zoning designation on the property to Large Lot Single Family Residential and revised the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations to permit accessory storage in the amount of 870 square feet on lots of one acre in size in the Large Lot Single Family Residential Zoning District; WHEREAS, the City Council has found the property is zoned Large Lot Single Family Residential and has 790 square feet of accessory storage on the property, WHEREAS, the City Council has found a Conditional Use Permit is no longer necessary under the current zoning ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does rescind the Conditional Use Permit issued for 5075 124'' Street North issued by the City Council -on June 4 90.E Mayor ATTEST: At4)A Mary Creager, City Cl This document was drafted, adopted, and passed by the Hugo City Council this 21st day of August 2006.
