RESOLUTION 200646 <br />APPROVING TO RESCIND THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 5075124 <br />STREET NORTH ISSUED BY THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL ON JUNE 4, 1990. <br />WHEREAS, Robert and Pamela Hampel have requested the City rescind the Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow accessory storage in excess of what was permitted by zoning code for property <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot 23, Block 1, Lake Air Estates <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had issued a Conditional Use Permit on June 4, 1990 to permit 790 <br />square feet of accessory storage for property located in the Single Family Estate Zoning District <br />where the Zoning Ordinance limited the amount of accessory storage to 640 square feet; <br />WHEREAS, in June 1998, the City Council revised the zoning designation of the property to <br />Urban Residential and revised the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations to permit accessory <br />storage in the amount of 870 square feet on lots of one acre in size in the Urban Residential <br />Zoning District; <br />WHEREAS, in March 2002, the City Council revised the zoning designation on the property to <br />Large Lot Single Family Residential and revised the Comprehensive Land Use Regulations to <br />permit accessory storage in the amount of 870 square feet on lots of one acre in size in the Large <br />Lot Single Family Residential Zoning District; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found the property is zoned Large Lot Single Family <br />Residential and has 790 square feet of accessory storage on the property, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found a Conditional Use Permit is no longer necessary under <br />the current zoning ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HUGO, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does rescind the Conditional Use Permit <br />issued for 5075 124'' Street North issued by the City Council -on June 4 90.E <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: At4)A <br />Mary Creager, City Cl <br />This document was drafted, adopted, and passed by the Hugo City Council this 21st day of <br />August 2006. <br />
