RESOLUTION 2006 - 54 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR DONALD HAUBLE <br />AND GARY MULCAHY FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5490125 STREET <br />NORTH AND A VACANT PARCEL TO THE EAST. <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Donald Hauble that requests approval of a <br />property line adjustment for properties located at 5490 125th Street North and a vacant <br />parcel to the east (south of Beaver Ponds South). <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br />Huble Proper�t <br />That part of the South 684.10 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, lying <br />East of the West 841.47 feet thereof and lying West of the East 145.00 feet thereof, all <br />in Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Mulchay Property <br />The South 652 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, all in Section 32, in <br />Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota <br />AND <br />The East 145 feet of the South 684.10 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 <br />of Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />property line adjustment for Donald Hauble and Gary Mulcahy. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council on September 18, 2006. <br />o Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Creager, City Cler <br />
