RESOLUTION 2006 - 63 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE OAKSHORE PARK STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted October 2, 2006 fixed a date for a Council hearing on <br />the proposed Oakshore Park Street and Utility Improvementts including portions of Ethan <br />Avenue, 126x' Street North, Europa Avenue North, and 126 Street Court. The improvements <br />include constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, and drainage improvements, as well as roadway <br />reconstruction and paving. The Feasibility Report was received by the Council on October 2, <br />2006, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the heariYg was given, and the hearing <br />was held thereon on the 6th day of November, 2006, at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted the 6" day of <br />November, 2006 <br />2. WSB & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />Whereupon said resolution was moved for adoption by Mayor Fran Miron and duly <br />seconded by Council member Frank Puleo. <br />Council members voting AYE: Haas, Puleo, Miron <br />Council members voting NAY: NONE <br />Council members ABSTAINING: Granger and Petryk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this a day of November, 2006 <br />Miron, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />G� <br />Mary Creager, City Clerl <br />c <br />PARK PLANS AND SPEMWC <br />
