RESOLUTION 2005-11 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW <br />FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE, <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15118 IRISH AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Vince and Julie Lutz have requested approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow for the operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property legally <br />described as follows: <br />See Exhibit A <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Vince and Julie Lutz for a conditional use permit amendment to allow for the <br />operation of a home occupation as an accessory use, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use permit is approved in accordance with the application received by <br />the City on January 10, 2005. <br />2. All materials and vehicles related to the business shall be stored inside the building. <br />3. There shall be no gas torching and no welding allowed inside the building. <br />4. No restriction on hours of operation are established at the time of issuance of this <br />permit provided, however, that an expressed condition of the granting of this permit <br />shall be the option of the City Council to establish, at its discretion, hours of <br />operation. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 21 st day of March, 2005. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C <br />Mary reager, City Clerk <br />
