RESOLUTION 2005-22 <br />A RESOLUTION UPDATING THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM <br />FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary that the City Council <br />designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to comprise a Municipal State Aid Street <br />system; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has <br />approved certain streets within the City to become a part of said system; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That 130' Street from U.S. Highway 61 to Goodview Avenue shall be added to the <br />City of Hugo MSAS system. <br />2. That Homestead Avenue from 137` Street (CSAH 8) to 132nd Street shall be added to <br />the City of Hugo MSAS system. <br />3. That Fenway Avenue from 14& Street to CSAH 8 (existing and proposed alignment) <br />shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS system. <br />4. That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution by May 1, 2005 for <br />transmittal to the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation. <br />ADOPTED by the Hugo City Council this 18" day of April, 2005. <br />r n, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary reager, City Clerk <br />
