' J <br />138 of Deeds, page 506 and along the north line of said tracts described in Book 133 of Deeds, ' <br />page 218 and Book 120 of Deeds, page 241, a distance of 64 feet to the point of beginning; <br />subject to the existing Branch No. 3 of Judicial Ditch No. 3. <br />Permanent Easement for Street, Utility and Drainage Purposes: <br />A strip of land 110.00 in width over that part of THE TRACT, the centerline of which is described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 19, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota; thence North 87 <br />degrees 37 minutes 52 seconds West, assumed bearing along the south line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, 1317.94 feet, to the point of beginning of said <br />centerline to be hereinafter described; thence North 11 degrees 40 minutes 19 seconds East, <br />1029.41 feet; thence Northeasterly, 289.80 feet, along a tangential curve, concave to the <br />southeast, having a radius of 470.00 feet and a central angle of 35 degrees 19 minutes 41 <br />seconds; thence North 47 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, tangent to the last described <br />curve, 332.52 feet; thence Northeasterly, 366.88 feet, along a tangential curve, concave to the <br />Northwest having a radius of 470.00 feet and a central angle of 44 degrees 43 minutes 30 <br />seconds; thence North 02 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East, tangent to the last described <br />curve, 140.85 feet, to said north line of the South half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 19, and said centerline there terminating. <br />Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from the south line of THE TRACT, to said north line <br />of the South %Z of the Northeast % of the Northeast % of Section 19. <br />Said Temporary Construction Easement on a portion of THE TRACT described as follows: <br />A strip of land 20.00 feet in width over that part of THE TRACT, described above, easterly <br />line of which is contiguous with the westerly line of the above described permanent right of <br />way for Street, Utility and Drainage purposes: <br />Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from said south line of THE TRACT, to said <br />north line of the South half of the Northeast %f the Northeast %f Section 19. <br />And also a strip of land 20.00 feet in width over that part of THE TRACT, the westerly line <br />of which is contiguous with the easterly line of the above described permanent easement for <br />street, utility and drainage purposes: <br />Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from said south line of THE TRACT, to said <br />north line of the South half of the Northeast %f the Northeast %f Section 19. <br />
