Resolution 2004-44 <br />Page 2 <br />11. No more than 25% of the parcel may be covered by an impervious surface. <br />12. Structures located within the shoreland overlay district may not exceed 25 feet in <br />height. <br />13. At the time the minor subdivision is recorded, the applicant must also file with <br />Washington County a Conditional Use Permit to allow the existing accessory <br />structure to remain on the southernmost parcel for one year after the recording of the <br />minor subdivision. After one year, the structure will be removed unless a building <br />permit for a home has been issued for the property. If the building is to remain as an <br />accessory structure of the new home, both home and building will meet all ordinance <br />requirements. <br />14. Exterior storage on the southernmost parcel must be removed from the site prior to <br />recording of the minor subdivision. <br />15. The accessory building on the southernmost parcel is to be used for agricultural and <br />personal storage only. The building may not be used for a home-based business. <br />16.
