RESOLUTION 200548 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JOSEPH AND MARCIA <br />WOLKERSTORFER FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 16XXX JEFFEREY AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer have requested approval of a Conditional <br />Use Permit to construct an accessory building prior to the construction of the principal <br />building on property legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Conditional Use Permit at a <br />duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer for a Conditional Use Permit, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. A $5,000 escrow will be submitted to the City to ensure a building permit for the <br />home is applied for within one year. <br />2. The building is to be used for agricultural and personal storage only.
