RESOLUTION 200549 <br />APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT APPROVING A REZONING FOR PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF FOREST BLVD AND SOUTH OF 148TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, Granger's Inc. has requested a rezoning to change the zoning from Central <br />Residential to Central Business for property generally located west of Forest Blvd. and south of <br />148'' Street (Granger Inc. Property); and, <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: <br />(SEE ATTACHED) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing <br />and recommends approval; agd---,, ,\ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE HEREBY RESOLVED B E ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, at it should artd hereby doe p ve rezoning from tral <br />Residential to Central Busin s, based on the following <br />1.
