RESOLUTION 2005-58 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ONEKA <br />PET RESORT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED GENERALLY EAST OF FENWAY <br />BOULEVARD NORTH AND NORTH OF FENWAY BOULEVARD CIRCLE <br />NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Oneka Pet Resort has requested approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow a commercial kennel as a principle use in the general industrial district and site <br />plan approval to allow for the construction of a 6,400 square foot building and related site <br />improvements on the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 3 Block 1 of Bald Eagle Industrial Park, 5t' Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the conditional use permit and site <br />plan at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Oneka Pet Resort for a site plan, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A site plan is approved to allow the construction of a 6,400 square foot building, in <br />accordance with the plans received on September 16, 2005, except as amended by <br />this resolution. <br />2. A conditional use permit is approved to allow a commercial kennel as a principle use <br />in the general industrial district, in accordance with the plans received on September <br />16, 2005, except as amended by this resolution. <br />3. The applicant shall comply with the engineer's memo dated October 6, 2005, and <br />submit a revised grading, stormwater management, and utility plan for approval by <br />the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />4. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall provide a screening plan <br />including prospective sight lines from adjacent public right-of-ways. The rooftop <br />mechanical units shall be screened completely by the parapet wall or a treatment <br />compatible to the building architecture. <br />5. The applicant shall submit a completed landscape plan in compliance with the City's <br />landscape ordinance. <br />Adopted and passed this 17 day of October 2005. <br />AITEST: <br />Mary AAA Creager, City ClqYl <br />
