RESOLUTION 2005-63 <br />A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, APPROVING A PERMIT FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF A TEMPORARY MANUFACTURED HOME IN ORDER TO <br />PROVIDE TEMPORARY HOUSING IN THE PLACE OF A DWELLING THAT <br />L12AVI1)*10"T1114D)1331UI"I� <br />WHEREAS, Mr. James Veiman's house at 16585 Ingersoll Avenue North was recently <br />destroyed by fire, and; <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Veiman is desirous of installing temporary living arrangements on site <br />until such time as a permanent residence can be reconstructed, and; <br />WHEREAS, Section 1195-440.1, Subd. 6 of the Hugo Zoning Ordinance allows the City <br />Council to issue permits for the installation of temporary manufactured housing for a <br />property owner whose home was destroyed by fire. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does grant a permit for <br />Mr. James Veiman to allow for the installation of a manufactured home at 16585 <br />Ingersoll Aveune North, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The permit expires one year following the date of issuance of a Certificate of <br />Occupancy for the manufactured home. <br />2. The applicant shall obtain a building permit prior to installation of the home. <br />3. The manufactured home shall meet the requirements outlined in Minnesota <br />Rules, Chapter 1350 for manufactured homes regarding the requirements for <br />seals, code compliance, and construction compliance. <br />4. The manufactured home shall be installed by a manufactured home installer <br />licensed by the State of Minnesota. <br />5. Prior to occupancy of the manufactured home, the applicant shall obtain <br />satisfactory City inspections for the anchoring system, the gas line, the plumbing <br />system, and the septic system hook up. <br />6. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit an escrow <br />deposit of $2,500 to ensure that the house is removed within a one-year period. <br />Said escrow will be returned upon removal of the manufactured home from the <br />site. <br />Adopted and passed this 28th day of November 2005. <br />F Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />X4"'C' <br />Mary Creager, City Cler <br />
