Resolution 2004-3 <br />Page 2 <br />4. The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by creating an <br />integrated neighborhood, lifecycle housing opportunities, additional landscaping and <br />increased setbacks from Highway 61 that would not otherwise be possible through a <br />strict interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />5. The PUD would provide appropriate transitions between differing land uses within <br />the site and adjacent land uses. <br />6. The development would incorporate common design elements. The buildings would <br />have common design elements and similar landscape materials would be used <br />throughout the development. <br />7. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed rezoning and development. <br />8.
