Resolution 2004-36 <br />Page 2 <br />7. Sidewalks or trails shall be provided according the Park Commission <br />recommendation. <br />8. The developer shall provide details for decorative street lighting and signage. The <br />information shall be submitted for City review prior to issuance of building permits. <br />9. The right-of-way for all public streets shall be as indicated on the approved plans. <br />10. Public streets within the development shall be 30 feet in width (back to back). <br />11. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from the City, Rice Creek Watershed <br />District and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br />12. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief's requirements regarding fire flow <br />calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and fire lane <br />signage. <br />13. The developer shall comply with all City requirements as noted in the comments from <br />the City Engineer. <br />14. Park Dedication shall be cash in lieu of land for Diamond Point West 3`d Addition. <br />Park Dedication for Diamond Point West VO Addition was met by park land <br />dedication in the Diamond Point East Addition. <br />15.
