RESOLUTION 200441 <br />APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR ERIC OLSON ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 5030165TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Eric Olson that requests approval of a minor <br />subdivision for property located at 5030165` Street North; <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township <br />31, Ramge 21, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the minor <br />subdivision for Eric Olson, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A minor subdivision is approved in accordance with the plans and application <br />received by the City on April 9, 2004, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. The property is subject to the development standards of the Shoreland Overlay <br />District and the Future Urban Service zoning district. <br />3. A right-of-way deed shall be recorded for 33 feet of road right -of way along 165x` <br />Street North at the time the minor subdivision is recorded. <br />4. Prior to recording the subdivision, the developer shall pay the park dedication fee in <br />lieu of land dedication, pursuant to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of <br />recording the subdivision. Park dedication fees shall only apply to the eastern lot. <br />5. The applicant will need to obtain a septic system permit from Washington County <br />Environmental Services for the new lot. <br />6.
