RESOLUTION 200442 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN ADVERTISING <br />SIGN FOR NEW LIFE CHURCH, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE <br />NORTHEAST CORNER OF U.S. HWY 61 AND 152ND STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, New Life Church has requested approval of a conditional use permit to <br />allow an advertising sign on the property legally described as follows: <br />See Exhibit A <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by New Life Church for a conditional use permit amendment, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use permit amendment is approved in accordance with the <br />application received by the City on April 27, 2004. <br />2.
