Resolution 2004-50 <br />Page 2 <br />9. Building materials shall be as shown on the plans. The material samples shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval prior to final plat. <br />10. Staff will monitor the tenants within the development to ensure that adequate parking <br />is provided as tenants are finalized. <br />11. All building elevations shall receive equal treatment and visual qualities. There shall <br />be no underdeveloped backside to the buildings. Public entries and storefront <br />windows are encouraged on all building elevations. <br />12. The applicant shall provide copies of the development covenants for City review. A <br />copy of the covenants shall be filed with the final plat. <br />13. The homeowner's association documents shall include language to ensure that the <br />enclosed garage spaces are maintained for vehicle parking and that parking of <br />snowmobiles, boats, RVs and other recreational vehicles in the driveway is <br />discouraged. The covenants should be drafted to prohibit the storage of anything in <br />the garage or driveway that would prevent the storage and parking of vehicles. Such <br />language shall also be included in the Developers Agreement. <br />14. Private driveways in front of the townhome garages shall be 22 feet long to <br />accommodate parking. <br />15. Private streets serving the townhomes should be 22 feet wide where possible. <br />16. The developer shall provide different paving materials, signage or other treatment to <br />demarcate the private driveways. <br />17. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded with the final plat for the <br />shared private drives and parking. <br />18. The existing drainage and utility easement over the outlots shall be vacated prior to <br />final plat. <br />19.
