Resolution 2004-10 Page 3 ATTACHMENT B EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PID# 19-031-21-21-0006 A strip of land Fifty (50) feet in width running over and across the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NI/2 of NW 1 /4 of NEI/4) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-one (3 1) North, Range Twenty-one (2 1) West; said strip of land being Twenty-five (25) feet in width on each side of a center line which crosses above described tract and is described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at a stake on the North line of said Section, Two Thousand One Hundred Sixteen (2116) feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; running thence South Fifty-two degrees and Twenty-seven minutes West Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty- four and Eight -tenths (4164.8) feet to a stake on the West line of said Section, Twenty- one and Five -tenths (21.5) feet South of the West Quarter Section comer thereof. PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS PARCEL C: That part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 31 North Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, except the North 1 rod thereof, lying within a 50.00 foot strip of land being 25.00 feet in width on each side of the following described center line and extensions thereof Beginning at a point on the North line of said Section 19, distant 2116.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Section; thence southwesterly to a point on the West line of said Section, distant 21.50 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 19 and there terminating. PARCEL D: That part of the North 1 rod of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and that part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter, all in Section 19, Township 31 North Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, lying within a 50.00 foot strip of land being 25.00 feet in width on each side of the following described center line and extensions thereof.
