RESOLUTION 2004-75 <br />APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR EAGLE SHORES CUSTOM HOMES <br />ON PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 122ND STREET AND WEST OF <br />EVERTON AVENUE NORTH (EAGLE SHORES DEVELOPMENT) <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Eagle Shores Custom Homes requesting <br />approval of a PUD Amendment for property legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1-11, Eagle Shores, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the PUD <br />Amendment for Eagle Shores Custom Homes, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All previously approved conditions continue to apply to this property. <br />2. One detached accessory structure shall be allowed per lot, up to 600 square feet in <br />size, on lots under one acre in size. <br />3. The detached accessory structures shall be architecturally designed in a way that is <br />similar to the primary structure. <br />4. Building materials and colors for the detached accessory structures shall be the same <br />materials and colors used on the primary structure. <br />5.
