RESOLUTION 2003-10 <br />APPROVING A LOT SPLIT FOR TOM JACKSON FOR LOT 3 AND PART OF <br />LOT 4, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK 47H ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Tom Jackson that requests approval of a lot <br />split for Lot 3 and part of Lot 4, Bald Eagle Industrial Park a Addition. <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: <br />Insert Legal <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot <br />split for Tom Jackson, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A lot split is approved in accordance with the plans and application received by the <br />City on January 17, 2003, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. Development .of the site is subject to the site plan and conditional use permit as <br />approved by the City on May 15, 2002. The campus development may occur in three <br />phases. <br />3.. The necessary cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded for any <br />future shared driveways, access, or parking. <br />4. The applicant shall provide a ten -foot drainage and utility easement along each side of <br />the common lot line. <br />5.
