RESOLUTION 2003-32 APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR REZONING FOR EMMERICH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR "DIAMOND POINT EAST" AND "DIAMOND POINT WEST" ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF GOODVIEW AVENUE AND SOUTH OF 145 STREET WHEREAS, Emmerich Development Corporation has requested reclassification of the zoning from Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and Future Urban Reserve to PUD (planned unit development) for a 239 -acre parcel, legally described as follows: And The south half of the south half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 31, Range 21 together with an easement over the north 33 feet of the east 1940 feet of the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 31; Range 21 for purposes of ingress and egress. O The southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 31, Range 21. Government Lot 1, Section 20, Township 31, Range 21. ►II Government Lot 2, Section 20, Township 31, Range 21, except the following 5 parcels: 1. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows. 2. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows 2"d Addition. 3. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows 3`d Addition. 4. That part platted as Rice Lake Meadows 0 Addition. 5.
