RESOLUTION 2003 - 39 <br />APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR WHITE BEAR ELECTRIC FOR AN OFFICE/ <br />WAREHOUSE BUILDING ON LOT 2�BLOCK 1, BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK 6 ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, White Bear Electric has requested approval of a site plan to allow <br />construction of a 8,100 square foot building on property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 6th Addition. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called public <br />meeting and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan for White Bear Electric on property located at Lot 2, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial <br />Park a Addition, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 8,100 square foot building and <br />related site improvements, in accordance with the plans and application received by <br />the City on June 1, 2003 and Junel9, 2003, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. Standard Conditions: <br />A. Compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District requirements. <br />B. Compliance with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow <br />calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and <br />fire lane signage. <br />C. Compliance with regulations regarding handicapped parking spaces and <br />access. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of 003.
