RESOLUTION 200346 <br />A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF MAHMOOD UL <br />HASSAN FOR A LIQUOR LICENSE AFFECTING 13891 FOREST BOULEVARD, <br />CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received the application of Mahmood Ul Hassan for a <br />liquor license for the premises at 13891 Forest Boulevard, City of Hugo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hassan is not the owner of the property but proposes to purchase it; and <br />WHEREAS, there are delinquent taxes, charges and other financial claims of the City <br />affecting the property which are unpaid now and have been unpaid for some time; and <br />WHEREAS, Hugo City Code, Chapter 150, § 9, Subd. 2 prohibits the grant of a liquor <br />license on any premises as to which taxes, assessments or other financial claims of the City are <br />delinquent and unpaid. <br />BASED ON THE FOREGOING and on all the files and records presented the application <br />is DENIED. <br />WHEREUPON, a vote being taken upon the motion, the following members voted in favor: <br />Mike Granger, Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, and Fran Miron <br />and the following voted against: NONE <br />WHEREUPON, said motion was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council this <br />2nd day of September 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />,)),f d"L� <br />Mary Aetreager, City Clerk <br />
