CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2002-8 <br />APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT AND VARIANCE FOR ROBERT <br />JURAN FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9816 AND 9988 122nd STREET <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Robert Juran that requests approval of a <br />property line adjustment for properties located at 9816 and 9988 122nd Street North, as <br />legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot area to be deeded from Robert A. Juran and Ernestine B. <br />Juran (Property legally described in Exhibit A) to Robert A. Juran, Jr. and Elizabeth H. <br />Juran (Property legally described in Exhibit B) is legally described in Exhibit C: <br />WHEREAS, the above described property shall be attached to the Robert A. Juran, Jr. <br />and Elizabeth H. Juran property legally described in Exhibit B. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals and Adjustments has reviewed the property line <br />adjustment and variance and recommends approval; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment and variance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />property line adjustment for Robert Juran. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 18'h day March 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary e Creager, City Cler <br />
