CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />I.7 *10 fill Il CO)ZKIII)-�541 <br />APPROVING PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT AND VARIANCE FOR <br />CENTEX HOMES AND LEN PRATT FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WEST OF <br />FENWAY AND NORTH OF THE TOWNHOMES AT BALD EAGLE LAKE <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Centex Homes that requests approval of a <br />property line adjustment for properties located west of Fenway Avenue, as legally <br />described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot area to be deeded from Centex Homes (Property legally <br />described in Exhibit A) to Len Pratt (Property legally described in Exhibit B) is legally <br />described in Exhibit C: <br />WHEREAS, the above described property shall be attached to the Len Property property <br />legally described in Exhibit B. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment and variance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />property line adjustment for Centex Homes. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this dh day of May 2002. <br />City Clerk <br />
