RESOLUTION 2002 - 26 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />STOCKNESS CONSTRUCTION AND TOM JACKSON FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED EAST OF FENWAY, NORTH OF 13& STREET AND SOUTH OF <br />140"' STREET <br />WHEREAS, Stockness Construction and Tom Jackson have requested approval of a site <br />plan to allow construction of a 19,200 square foot officelwarehouse building and a <br />Campus Development on property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 4"' Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public <br />hearing and recommends approval of the site plan and conditional use permit, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan and campus development for Stockness Construction and Tom Jackson on property <br />located east of Fenway Avenue, north of 130"' Street and south of 140' Street, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 19,200 square foot building in <br />accordance with the plans and application received by the City on May 13, 2002, <br />except as amended by this resolution. This site plan shall constitute phase one of the <br />campus development. <br />2. A conditional use permit is approved to allow a campus development in accordance <br />with the plans received by the City on May 15, 2002. The campus development may <br />occur in three phases. <br />3. Adequate access shall be provided to the campus development prior to constructing <br />buildings in the second or third phase. <br />4. A separate site plan application is required prior to constructing buildings in phase <br />two or three. <br />5. The necessary cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded for any <br />future shared driveways, access, or parking. <br />6. The applicant shall submit a revised landscape plan demonstrating compliance with <br />the City's ordinance prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />
