RESOLUTION 200245 <br />APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR RODNEY BAHR FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF 132ND STREET AND <br />HADLEY AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, Rodney Bahr has requested approval of a final plat for property legally <br />described as follows: <br />The northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 31, Range <br />21; and, <br />That part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 31 Range 21, which lies northerly of the centerline of 132nd Street. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />request by Rodney Bahr for a final plat, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A final plat is approved to allow the creation of four rural residential lots, in <br />accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August 6, 2002. <br />2. The development is subject to the general development standards of the Rural <br />Residential zoning district. <br />3. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />4. Prior to recording the final plat, the developer shall pay the park dedication fees in <br />lieu of land dedication, pursuant to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of <br />recording the final plat. The park dedication fee is currently $1,700.00 per lot.
