AV Resolution 2002-67 <br />Page 4 <br />21. The private drives shall not exceed 28 -feet in width (back to back). <br />22. The developer should provide information detailing how the private drives would be <br />distinguished from.public streets (concrete aprons, signage, narrower width, etc.) for <br />staff review and approval. <br />23. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be recorded with the final plat for all <br />shared private driveways or streets. <br />24. Drainage and utility easements shall be recorded with the final plat for all private <br />drives. <br />25. The developer must obtain all necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />26. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements regarding fire flow <br />calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and fire lane <br />signage. <br />27. The developer shall comply with all City requirements as noted in the comments from <br />the City water resource engineer and the City Engineer, dated December 2, 2002 and <br />December 10, 2002 respectively. <br />28. A detailed phasing plan showing temporary access from the south must be submitted <br />for City review and approval prior to issuance of permits. <br />29.
