CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2001- 28 <br />APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GLENN LUTZ FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 5795 -165TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, Glenn Lutz has requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow the <br />operation of a retail trailer sales business on property legally described as follows: <br />The West 225 ft of the North 213 feet of the NW Y4 of the SE'/ of Section 8, T31N, R21 W, <br />Washington County, MN <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br />called public hearing and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />conditional use permit for Glenn Lutz on property located at 5795-1651' Street, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. A conditional use permit is approved to allow operation of a retail trailer sales <br />business in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on <br />April 30, 2001, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. The property owner shall remove the unlicensed vehicles and the other materials <br />and equipment on the property. <br />3. The outside storage area shall be limited to 20 trailers. <br />4. The outside storage area shall be paved or improved with additional gravel, as <br />approved by the City's Public Works Director. <br />5. The applicant shall install a six-foot high solid wood fence along the west <br />property line. The fence shall extend from the south property line to the northerly <br />extent of the exterior storage area. <br />6. The applicant shall finish siding the building, including the replacement of the <br />exposed sheathing. <br />7. A building permit is required for the interior improvements. <br />8. Conditions 2, 4, and 5 shall be complied with prior to establishing the trailer sales <br />business on the property. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this I e day of July 2001. <br />
