RESOLUTION 20004 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING RECOMMENDED CIVIL PENALTIES FOR LIQUOR LAW <br />VIOLATIONS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. City of Hugo Ordinance No. 2000-337 authorizes and directs the City <br />Council to establish a Schedule of Offenses and Administrative Penalties to be imposed upon the <br />condition of certain designated liquor law violations. <br />2.
