RESOLUTION 2000-18 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY PARTICIPATION <br />IN THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC LIGHT <br />AT THE INTERSECTION OF TH61 AND CRJ <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into an agreement with the State <br />of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br />To install a new traffic control signal with street <br />lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on <br />Trunk Highway No. 61 at County Road J in accordance <br />with the terms and conditions set forth and contained <br />in Agreement No. 80338R, a copy of which was before <br />the Council. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor, Walter L. Stoltzman, and the City <br />Administrator, Michael A. Ericson, are hereby authorized to execute such agreement and <br />any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual <br />obligations contained therein. <br />Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Debra Barnes, Jim Leroux, Becky Petryk, Walter <br />Stoltzman <br />Voting NAY: NONE <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 19'b day of June, 2000. <br />Walter L.
